Do I need Flash installed on my PC?
All our products use Flash technology to offer enhanced interactivity. To enable the interactive elements in PowerPoint products, the Flash Player that is on the CD-ROM needs to be installed. Alternatively, you can download the latest. Click here to download Flash Player now.
Can I edit Flash?
No, users can't edit the Flash activities in the PowerPoint products, although they can copy and paste them into other presentations. All non-Flash slides can be edited in PowerPoint.
What if I am having problems running the software?
If you are having problems using any of our products, please first check our troubleshooting section to see if your query is answered there. If you are still having problems, please contact our technical support team by e-mailing inquiries@boardworkseducation.com. It would help us to deal with your problem quickly if you can provide as much information as possible about the issue, including: your school name and zip code; the product you having problems with; the version of Windows you are using; the version of PowerPoint you are using if relevant; and the text of any error messages you receive.
Some of the symbols are showing up incorrectly in a math product
You may need MathType to view some of the symbols in the presentations. For a free trail see www.dessci.com/en/products/mathtype/trial.asp. This will allow you to have access to the fonts required even after the trial expires.
